Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Rescheduling Policy

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No fee for rescheduling. Any deposit paid can be fully transferred to a new booking.
  • 12–24 Hours Notice: A 10% rescheduling fee applies, with the remaining deposit transferred to the new booking.
  • Under 12 Hours Notice: A 20% rescheduling fee applies, with the remaining deposit transferred to a future booking within 30 days.

Cancellation Without Rescheduling

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the deposit.
  • 12–24 Hours Notice: 25% of the deposit retained as a cancellation fee, the rest refunded.
  • Under 12 Hours Notice: 50% of the deposit retained as a cancellation fee, the rest refunded.
